Client Portal
In our increasing efforts to safeguard your data, while adding flexibility, we have added the ability for clients to securely upload their tax documents to us using SecureFilePro. This portal offers built-in security, reliability and privacy, which cannot be said for sending documents openly by fax or e-mail. You can either sign in as a guest or use your existing account (if applicable).
If you would like to request an account to access our portal, call us 503-777-1040 or email us at [email protected]. Once we set up your portal account, you will receive an e-mail containing instructions on how to proceed.
To access the portal: (either as guest or using your account)

To proceed as GUEST:
>Choose guest file transfer on the right
>Enter your info
>Pick Gaylen as recipient
>Select the file to upload
>Then click upload
We will get an email that you have uploaded your tax documents.
If you already have an account set up, log in to the left and find your file. If you can’t remember your password, email or call, we can reset it.
